“Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much” is the watchword of II PU Students of Shakthi Residential College.
The students of Shakthi have gone out of their way to make an outstanding first impression by bagging cent percent results in both the Science as well as Commerce streams.
Shakthi PU College came into its existence in 2018, after all the Colleges in the city had commenced its classes. The incessant rain of that year had hampered the construction work. It was inevitable for Shakthi Education Trust to begin functioning that year itself without which the permission would remain cancelled. With all the dilemma the trust took a firm decision and made way for students with mixed calibre to enrol. The challenge of training students from different backgrounds with different level of comprehension was shouldered under the able leadership of Sri Prabhakara G.S. as the Founder Principal. Students from Kannada medium too joined us along with the ones who scored less marks in SSLC. With the guidance received from efficient lecturers, they proved that ‘None of us is as smart as all of us’.
Out of 22 students who wrote the PU Board exam, 8 have bagged Distinction and the remaining 14 First class marks enhancing the result to 100 percent.

ಶಕ್ತಿನಗರದ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಪಪೂ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಮೊದಲ ಬ್ಯಾಚ್‌ನ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ವಿಭಾಗದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 100% ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದೊಂದಿಗೆ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ
ಮಂಗಳೂರು : ಶಕ್ತಿನಗರದ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಪಪೂ ಕಾಲೇಜು ೨೦೧೮ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿರುವ ಹೊಸ ಕಾಲೇಜು. ಅನುಮತಿ ಸಿಗುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಪಪೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಿ, ಅದೆ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ತರಗತಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭ ಮಾಡುವುದಾರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಇಲ್ಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆಂದು ಷರತ್ತು ವಿಧಿಸಿತು.
ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗೊಂದಲದ ನಡುವೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ದಿಟ್ಟ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಶಕ್ತಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಅಂಕ ಪಡೆದರು ಪ್ರವೇಶಾತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಂಕ ಪಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ಪಾಠ ಮಾಡಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಬರುವಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಆಶಯವನ್ನು ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿತು.
ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾದ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಓದಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಅಂಕ ಪಡೆದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು ಅವರು ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಂಕ ಪಡೆದು ಕಾಲೇಜಿಗೆ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ತಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಶಕ್ತಿ ಪಪೂ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 22 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ 8 ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ 14 ಪ್ರಥಮ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾಗುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಹಾಗೂ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ 100% ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ತಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಪ್ರೀಯಾ ವಿಯೋಣ ಡಿಸಿಲ್ವ, ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಗಿರೀಶ್, ಶರತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್, ಖತೀಜ ರಹೀಫಾ, ರಹೀಲ್ ಉಮ್ಮರ್ ಪಾರುಕ್ ಅಬ್ಬು, ತುಷಾರ್, ಖದೀಜ ಸಾಹಮ, ಕೆ.ಟಿ ತರುಣ್ ಅಯ್ಯಪ್ಪ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
